Changelog

What changed in the API, newest first. Breaking changes ship under a new version prefix; everything on v1 stays backwards compatible.

  1. AddedAPI docs template
    Get started, Authentication, Errors, Rate limits, the Rankings reference and Webhooks. Reference pages for the remaining resources follow once they are generated from the OpenAPI document.
  2. ChangedError envelope
    Every error now returns { code, message, requestId, retryable }. Clients should branch on code and retry only when retryable is true.
  3. AddedRankings: provenance block
    GET /v1/rankings/official returns a provenance object (coverageStatus, observedAt) next to data.
  4. AddedScoped API keys
    Keys carry explicit scopes (rank:read, live:read, creator:read, …). Requests outside the key’s scopes fail with 403 forbidden.
