Changelog

What changed in the API, newest first. Breaking changes ship under a new version prefix; everything on v1 stays backwards compatible.

  1. ChangedWebhook headers renamed
    Webhook deliveries now carry x-roomscope-signature, x-roomscope-timestamp, x-roomscope-alert-id and x-roomscope-schema-version. The signing scheme and payload are unchanged; read the new header names when verifying.
  2. FixedDocs match the API
    Errors, Credits, Rate limits, Authentication and Webhooks now describe the live behaviour: real error codes, per-key rate limits with X-RateLimit headers, credit costs and monthly allotments, and the signed webhook scheme. The reference adds creator insights, best time and presence. Docs search is on (⌘K).
  3. AddedAPI docs template
    Get started, Authentication, Errors, Rate limits, the Rankings reference and Webhooks. Reference pages for the remaining resources follow once they are generated from the OpenAPI document.
  4. ChangedError envelope
    Every error now returns { code, message, requestId, retryable }. Clients should branch on code and retry only when retryable is true.
  5. AddedRankings: provenance block
    GET /v1/rankings/official returns a provenance object (coverageStatus, observedAt) next to data.
  6. AddedScoped API keys
    Keys carry explicit scopes (rank:read, live:read, creator:read, …). Requests outside the key’s scopes fail with 403 insufficient_scope.
